Health and safety
Safety at the workspace is a top priority. We ensure safe and hygienic working conditions that comply with the applicable legal requirements in the area of occupational health and safety. Every employee knows the applicable laws, regulations and internal company guidelines on occupational health and safety. Regular training on occupational health and safety takes place. We have our occupational health and safety management regularly and voluntarily audited and certified according to DIN EN ISO 45001.

Education and training
We train skilled workers in future-proof professions, for our company, in a future-proof industry. We ensure the training of our employees through close cooperation with Saxon vocational schools, universities and vocational academies.
Our employees are independent talents in what they do. Therefore, they take care of their training and further education on their own responsibility and initiative. We give them the freedom and support to become and remain professionals. For the long-term qualification and further development of our employees, we initiated the foundation of the PolySax training centre for plastics in Bautzen in 2009. -
Reconciling work and family
We extrude plastic granulate into pipes. Our technology requires us to work in shifts - day and night, 7 days a week. An interesting shift model makes it possible to plan life between work and family far into the future. We strive to find an appropriate balance between the economic interests of our company and the private interests of our employees; because the resulting satisfaction and motivation of the employees contributes significantly to the success of the company.
